What we’re glad to hear about
- A price or plan limit that’s wrong or out of date. This is the most useful message you can send. Include the page and, if you have it, a link to the vendor’s current page. See our Corrections Policy for what happens next.
- A tool you’d like covered, or a comparison you went looking for and couldn’t find.
- Something broken — a dead link, a page that won’t load, a table that doesn’t work on your phone.
- Vendors and product teams: if we’ve described your product inaccurately, tell us and we’ll fix it. Point us at the documentation.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, or deletion of personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
What we don’t do
We don’t accept paid placement, sponsored posts, guest posts, or link insertions, and we don’t sell listings. Those pitches won’t get a reply. Our Editorial Policy explains why.
We also can’t help with support for the tools we write about — the vendor’s own support team is the right place for that, and they’ll be far faster than us.
